Kushiyakitei Honten specializes in “Kuwayaki”, an Osaka specialty. Enjoy a variety of skewered ingredients grilled on an iron plate. Prepared with various fermented Japanese seasonings such as salted rice malt, sweet sake , miso, and sake lees, Kuwayaki pairs well with sake carefully selected from across Japan by the restaurant’s owner, a sake sommelier.
